Harry Potter Workout
Happy Monday ya’ll! With Thanksgiving rearing the corner, I personally want to stay ahead of all the food ill be downing next week. So today, I wanted to post a movies series. You all probably know by now how much of a nerd I am. That’s okay.
You can do this in so many different ways.
- You can straight marathon all of the movies and do the workouts (drink PLENTY of water if you do this)
- You can watch just your favorites
- Watch the first and last movies so you see how far they came
- Or you can just watch one and double the moves for it!
Doing the workouts? Here are some basic tips to maximize your workout!
1. Drink more water on workout days.
2. Banish any foods that are high in salt.
3. Always stretch before AND after.
4. Bananas are a great food to eat after a workout.
5. Drink a protein shake or eat fruit after a workout.
