Once Upon a Time Workout
You guys are doing awesome for sticking this out with me for so long!! I am going to be going into TV show workouts for a little while. Most of these shows are on Netflix, so you can marathon them if you want, or you can just do an episode or two at a time. Some are an hour, some are a half hour. It’s totally up to you how you want to do it.
Today’s TV Show workout is for Once Upon A Time. If you haven’t seen this show yet- It’s definitely a must-see!!!
Doing the workouts? Here are some basic tips to maximize your workout!
1. Drink more water on workout days.
2. Banish any foods that are high in salt.
3. Stretch before AND after any workout.
4. Eat a banana or granola before a workout.
5. Drink a protein shake or eat fruit after a workout.
