Welcome back everyone!
I know the holiday season makes us really busy, so I will get straight to it.
Today we are making a holiday decoration: “Joy Decoration”
To make this DIY you will need:
- A Piece of wood, preferably sanded. You can make it any size you want. It just depends on how big you want your decoration to be!
- Stencils if you don’t want to freehand the letters
- Ruby Red Glitter Paint I used a glitter paint, but you can make the letters without glitter, or add the glitter after!
- 15-20 Petite Ornaments
- Super Glue
- Paint Brush
Step One: If the wood isn’t already sanded- go ahead and do that now. You want the surface to be smooth and free of major blemishes.
Step Two: With your red paint and stencil (if you wanted to use stencils) Paint A letter “J” towards the top of the board, and a letter “Y” towards the bottom.
Step Three: In between “J” and “Y” you want to glue your ornaments into a circle shape as the “O”.
Allow time for everything to dry and then voila! You’ve got your first holiday decoration 🙂
