Gilmore Girls Workout
Last year around this time something magical happened. We all found out that a much loved (and cancelled) television show, was coming back for a one time revival season. We all mourned when Gilmore Girls was cancelled. But, our fairy godmothers at Netflix brought it back! November 25th we were all graced with 4 90 minute episodes of Gilmore Girls. We laughed, we cried, we threw popcorn at our televisions.
Now it’s time to workout to our favorite town, Stars Hollow. Make a note that if you are doing the revival season for this workout, you may need to do it slightly less because the episodes are almost an hour longer.

Doing the workouts? Here are some basic tips to maximize your workout!
1. Drink more water on workout days.
2. Banish any foods that are high in salt.
3. Stretch before AND after any workout.
4. Eat a banana or granola before a workout.
5. Drink a protein shake or eat fruit after a workout.
6. Get a tennis ball and/or foam roller – use them against thighs and the sole of your foot. This will help to relieve some tension and stretches your nerves a little bit.
