I have made a great set of PDF printables to help keep you focused and on track. Grab a binder and print everything out to get started! They are also super cute, so they are so much fun to use! They are easily divided into sections, with so much information, all in one place! You really couldn’t ask for an easier system.
Not only am I here to give you advice when you need it, but you also get access to a REALLY FUN Facebook support group. You can join a team for the weekly challenges or go solo if that’s more your style! You can find awesome things there like advice, friends, and I have post all of my Movie/TV show workouts there too!
